Pricing
OrmusMinerals charges the suggested retail price for its products unless you are set up as a affiliate of OrmusMinerals. All prices listed on the web site are U.S. dollars and cents. We do not accept foreign currency, foreign checks, or bank transfers.

Online Promotions and Discounts
Occasionally we may offer promotions and discount codes. Online codes can be redeemed during the ordering process once your payment information has been entered. To redeem the promotion, enter your promotion or discount code and continue with the checkout process. Your discount will be reflected in the order summary. If, for some reason, you experience problems using a promotion or discount code, please contact us.

Sales Tax
Idaho orders are subject to Idaho state sales tax. OrmusMinerals is based in Canon County Nampa, Idaho. Sales tax is subject to change without notice.

Order Processing and Shipping
We strive to ship all orders as timely as possible; however, during certain peak seasons, it may take up to seven days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Payment Methods
We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, using Paypal. OrmusMinerals also accepts checks and money orders; however, your order will be held until the check or money order is received and cleared.

Safe and Secure Shopping
Online transactions using our e-store are safe and secure. Your credit card information is encrypted and is not shared with third parties. If, for security purposes, you would prefer to place your order over the phone, we accept telephone orders or you may purchase online through Paypal. For your safety and security, we do not retain credit card numbers for future re-orders or purchases. Therefore, you will want to have your credit card number and information handy while placing your order.

Shipping
P.O. Boxes: We can ship your order to a U.S. Post Office (P.O.) Box within the continental U.S. Most orders (including expedited orders) are ship U.S. Postal Service (USPS). The carriers that we use are United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery Information
We ship our products by USPS within the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam must be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service using the USPS’s current flat rate for ground first class.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it may be subject to additional fees to only cover actual shipping costs.

OrmusMinerals will attempt to expedite and ship your order at the least cost to you. OrmusMinerals is based in Nampa ID. Unless your order is a rush shipment, we advise customers in Idaho and the Rocky Mountain region, and west coast to select standard shipping rather than three-day shipping as most orders will arrive before the third day.

Backorders
We strive to provide great products and great service to our customers. However, occasionally, our products may be backordered. If a product is out of stock, it is our promise that we will notify you of the out-of-stock item, when we expect to have that item back in stock, and when we expect to ship your order. Further, if you have an order, but one product or item is out of stock, you can elect to receive the partial order now (and we will ship the backordered item when it becomes available) or wait and receive the complete order and shipment.

Shipping Charges
Shipping options and estimated costs are provided during Checkout. We offer standard shipping at this time. Standard shipping rates are determined by USPS and, in certain instances shipping time is beyond our control. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery for standard ground shipping.

Delivery is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping is available for the U.S. Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take between 4-6 weeks for delivery. Orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam must be shipped by USPS.

International Orders
OrmusMinerals products are sold within the U.S. in Canada, the United Kingdom, and other countries. If you are a consumer who lives outside of the U.S. interested in purchasing our products, please email us directly at info@OrmusMinerals.com so we can get the shipping costs correct for you.

Returns
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us for a refund within 30 days of receipt at:
